- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★For years I had banked with Credit Unions exclusively because I felt they were more personable and had better rates than banks. Well Fidelity Bank of Fitchburg blew that assumption out of the water. I opened an account there and was very impressed with the efficiency and especially how supportive the staff was and how they genuinely wanted to help with my banking needs. I left feeling I had just been to a neighborhood business that was very invested in treating customers fairly and kindly, and saw me as an individual and not a number. How refreshing!
